Anxiety Management Training
This session is provided by our Psychological Therapist and Mental Health Nurse. It teaches the anxiety cycle and looks into the physiology behind anxiety. We look at hormonal responses and changes in brain chemistry to heighten awareness of an anxiety response and then teach clinically supported techniques to manage anxiety and panic.
