Menopause Accreditation

Completion of this course will provide an organisation with the ‘Menopause Friendly’ accreditation. The training is provided by our Mental Health Nurse & Menopause Specialist Clinician and covers the physiological, emotional and social elements associated with peri-menopause and menopause. It is suitable for both men and women.

Seasonal Affective Disorder & Beating the Winter Blues

This short session provides an overview of SAD and tips on effective management.
