Rob Hill is the Co-Founder of Work2Wellbeing and a qualified Senior Social Worker and Manager with over 14 years of experience in NHS mental health services. Throughout his career, Rob has played a key role in driving organizational change, with a particular focus on implementing systems that ensure seamless service delivery while supporting both the wellbeing of the organization and its people.
Known for his outcome-driven approach, Rob has been seconded to various teams facing challenges such as low morale, complex dynamics, or the need for strategic change. His passion for workforce wellbeing, combined with his extensive experience, led him to co-found Work2Wellbeing, driven by the belief that a happy team is a successful one.

Hannah Bond is a Specialist Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience in both mental and physical health services. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams overcome barriers to achieve their personal or collective goals.
Using a creative, person-centred approach, Hannah empowers others to make positive changes that enhance their wellbeing. Recently, she has also worked as a consultant for start-up companies in the UK and internationally, assisting in the development of Workplace Wellbeing Programmes.

Ben Mahoney is the Co-Founder of Work2Wellbeing and a Senior Psychiatric Nurse with over 12 years of experience in NHS mental health care. Much of his career has been dedicated to crisis care and brief interventions, helping individuals regain control and restore balance during challenging times.
Ben’s experience has fuelled his passion for promoting mental health and wellbeing. In recent years, he has transitioned into senior management, where he focuses on developing new mental health services and national strategies aimed at fostering a proactive approach to overall wellbeing.
