Equality, Bias & Inclusion Training

Achieving true equality and inclusion is a huge challenge. This session begins with laying bare our own challenges, relinquishing guilt and normalising our current circumstances. From there, we identify barriers to change and think about ways in which we can contribute positively to the move towards a truly inclusive society in our workplaces.
