This course is suitable for every employee. It provides an overview of common mental health problems, prevalence and effect. The facilitators are qualified clinical professionals who will take you through case studies, diagnoses and risks. On completion, you’ll have a richer knowledge of mental health disorders and how they are managed.

Seasonal Affective Disorder & Beating the Winter Blues

This short session provides an overview of SAD and tips on effective management.
